Returns

Return Requests

If you need to return an item, reply to your order confirmation email within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged or an incorrect item was sent. Please wait for return instructions before mailing anything back.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, reply to your order confirmation email within 7 days and include clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you to make it right.
